SPIRULINA SMOOTHIE

Spirulina is a great source for protein, vitamin A, K and B12, iron and manganese. What I love most about this smoothie is the simplicity. All you need is 4 ingredients: 1 tbsp. spirulina powder  2 tbsp. chia seeds 1 frozen banana 1 cup water Mix the water and banana with a blender and after that add the chia and spirulina powder. (only mix those with your hand not the blender). If you want you can use some raspberries as a decoration.

BLUE CHIA

I just love this blue color! And it's so easy to make. Blue Chia: Edamama's white chia seeds mixed with three times as much water and 2 tea spoons blue chai tea. For the red filling: 1 handful strawberries and raspberries, 1/2 banana, 1/3 cup water and 1 spoon bio planète breakfast protein powder. SUPERFOOD MONDAY

For this smoothie I used two very special superfoods: Cinnamon & Turmeric. They both contain many antioxidants, which protect our cells. Another health benefit is that they are anti-inflammatory. But that's not all, they protect our heart and brain, lower blood sugar, help burning fat and even have a positive influence on depressions. How amazing is that? This smoothie contains banana, apple, strawberries, blueberries and chia.
