LENTIL PATTIES I combined some of my favorite ingredients and created this recipe. It’s perfect to take away.. Maybe for your next picknick? 160 g green lentils (cooked) or 160g kidney beans 60 g glutenfree oats 2 tsp. flaxseeds or hemp seeds 1 small onion (raw) 1/2 yellow bell pepper (raw) 1/2 zucchini (raw) 2 tbsp. agave syrup 2 tbsp. curry powder or any other oriental spice mix 1 handful basil 1/2 small chili (if you like you can also use more) 2 garlic cloves 1 tbs. turmeric salt & pepper   First cook the lentils / beans and then add all the ingredients into a mixer. Their health benefits are amazing!  Ingredients 1/2 cucumber 1/2 avocado 1/2 onion 60g black beans 1 handful green beans 1 handful kale 1 small zucchini green salad Edamama's Fruity Chia salad sauce Instructions Cook the zucchini, green beans and kale on middle heat until they're soft. For the black beans I bought pre-cooked beans (without sugar or chemicals) Cut all the other ingredients and put them into your bowl. This meal is great because it's a good source of protein. I used a special organic protein flour from Bio Planète. Another reason why this recipe is very healthy is because the green vegetables are true superfoods. SALAD BUDDHA BOWL (+ The Best Salad Sauce Ever!)
