We all love to snack! Especially if our treat is healthy, vegan and glutenfree! This recipe is very easy to create and doesn't require many ingredients. 1/2 glass of amaranth (the "granola" version) or you can also use ground almonds  2 cups of coconut flakes 6 spoons raw coconut oil 4 spoons natural almond butter 2-3 tbsp. agave syrup (if you want) 1-2 tsp. vanilla powder almonds to put in the middle Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (except from the almonds to put in the middle). This healthy summer recipe is super easy: Ingredients 1/2 cup raw cocoa (from SamaraNatura) 1/2 cup coconut oil (little bit less than 1/2) 2 spoons agave syrup almonds or other nuts a few raspberries Instructions Put the cocoa, coconut and agave syrup into a pan and cook on very low heat until it's smooth Pour the chocolate into a form and add the almonds and raspberries Put it in the freezer for about 1h and then enjoy :-) www.instagram.com/superfood.junkie/

This is so delicious and so simple. Use 1/2 cup of cacao (I used Makao @pureraw.de) 2 spoons of agave syrup 1/2 or 1/3 of coconut oil (depends on how "bitter" / dark the chocolate should be) Add all the ingredients into a pan and heat it on low temperature until it's smooth. Pour it into any form you like and add nuts, seeds, decoration etc before you put it in the freezer for about 1h. Ready is your delicious self made chocolate!
